Turricula’s founder and managing principal, Dr Arthur Linke, completed his PhD on enterprise risk management at the Stellenbosch Business School where he is a research fellow and extraordinary lecturer.  The topic of his PhD dissertation was a risk management maturity (RMM) model which incorporates all of the critical success factors of an enterprise risk management framework with a special focus on risk culture.  This RMM was developed in close cooperation with the industry body the Institute of Risk Management of Southern Africa (IRMSA), risk management experts and corporates. 

 

Arthur’s career in industry spanning over 20 years includes executive management roles in the engineering, consulting and telecoms industries.  He has led projects with transaction values exceeding $1 billion, and established extensive global risk management experience with listed corporates, the public sector and SMEs.
